Job Title: Recruiter Contract Location: Bronx, NY Must Haves:
3+ years experience as a full cycle recruiter.
Experience with an ATS, ADP preferred.
Preferred:
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Nonprofit / social services experience
Job Summary/Description:
A nonprofit located in NYC is looking to add a Recruiter to their HR team on a temp basis. This person ideally has at least three years’ experience in full cycle recruiting, preferably in a nonprofit or human services industry. This person will utilize ADP as their ATS and they will make heavy outbound calls and emails when sourcing, schedule interviews with the Program Director, follow-up and onboard the candidate.
