Director, Training for Operations Permanent Hire Remote (local to Richmond, KY or Moorestown, NJ)
Must Haves:
Bachelor’s degree or MS in a relevant field of study (business, psychology, learning development & coaching, instructional design)
8+ years’ of Learning & Development experience, specifically with training assessment, instructional design, development, deployment, and improvement
Experience w. an hourly workforce training program
Preferred:
Manufacturing training & development experience
Job Summary/Description: the L&D Director will design, develop and deploy a training program for the Operations/Manufacturing team of a growing organization.
