Must Haves: 5 years recruitment experience
Preferred: Recruitment experience within banking industry.
Job Summary/Description:
Performs and creates recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Schedule interviews and pre-screen candidates
Manages job postings on company website
Conducts background and reference checks
Keep a record of Recruitment metrics and TA efforts
Manage Applicant Tracking System
Coordinate with HR Team for onboarding and orientation process
