Job Description
Our client, a private university located in Brooklyn is looking to hire a Senior Accounting Analyst. This individual will report into the Assistant Controller and primarily be responsible for supporting finance-related projects. Additionally, the Sr. Accounting Analyst will be supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities, including reconciliations of the balance sheet, and reporting on budgets for programs. Ideal candidates will understand Information System Structures and report building, 2+ years of basic auditing experience and experience from a non-profit or higher education environment.
Must Haves:
*2+ years of audit experience
*Excel
Preferred:
*Non-profit or Higher Education Experience
*Colleague or Synoptix software
Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
