Administrative Associate
Salary 20-24/hr
Must Have:
your responsibilities would include:
Creating and maintaining the course listings in our learning management systems Scheduling various events in the learning management system
Owning responsibility for the set-up of the classrooms, finalizing attendance lists, coordinating videoconferencing and catering needs
Managing our training calendar, keeping our Technology and Office Services teams informed of any special requests
Preparing and sending out all course announcement e-mails
Overseeing survey and evaluation summaries for training programs
Participating in event planning and logistics for events
Organizing the enrollment process for manager and leadership programs
Gathering information and preparing status reports
Managing the registration and payment process for all external seminars and designations
Reconciling American Express invoices
requirements:
At least two years of experience working in a corporate environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills; able to think quickly
Able to work independently and take initiative
