Job Description
A healthcare provider in Newburyport, MA seeks an Administrative Assistant to support their Philanthropy department for a 3+ month contract assignment.
Must Haves:
0-2+ years administrative experience
Preferred:
Philanthropy experience
Calendar management experience
Raiser's Edge experience
Job Summary/Description:
Provides administrative support including calendar management, preparing presentations, attending meetings, and acting as a liaison to the AJH Aid Association and Philanthropy sub-committee members.
Serves in an important support role to the Vice President of Philanthropy and Major Gift Officer by managing call lists and actions, managing all prospect activity in Raiser's Edge, running metrics reporting, and coordinating with major gift officers on prospect activity.
Also responsible for maintaining revenue projections.
