Pioneers of the supporting statistical methods, every adaptive trial we've designed has been accepted by international regulators.
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist who has experience with:
-ADP Workforce Now
-Multi-state
-We have 3 payrolls (2 biweekly and 1 semi-monthly for Canada)
-Can answer payroll questions
-Has worked in a manual environment (our process isn't fully automated)
-Familiar with payroll taxes, garnishments and unemployment.

Payroll Specialist
Contract
6-9 months (with a good chance to convert eventually)
Start asap (like next week) Process- video interview Industry- Software and consulting services for life science companies, about 1000 people on the payroll, reports to Payroll Manager Hours- full-time Location- 1050 Winter St. Waltham WFH situation- Mostly remote or fully remote. They prefer the person goes into the office for one 1/2 day per week to check the mail and scan payroll documents). At this point, they are open to fully remote candidates too. Vaccinated: yes (if going into the office)
Why open: Medical coverage + integration project. The Payroll Manager broke her shoulder + they are implementing ADP. Looking for a Payroll Specialist with ADP Workforce Now.
Must haves:
-3+ years of payroll processing experience
-ADP Workforce Now
-Knows payroll taxes, garnishments, unemployment, etc.
-Excel
-Vaccinated for Covid
Preferred:
-Multi-state
-Implementation experience (they have ongoing SAP to ADP project)
