HR Business Partner

 

SUMMARY

The Corporate HRBP is responsible for performing internal support across our North American sites. This position will lead the charge with full cycle hiring initiatives beginning at the recruitment stage. HRBP will assist with setup of our newly implemented Paycom HCM system, and bring innovative ideas to the table for compliance best practices and onboarding workflow. Larger projects include administration of annual engagement survey, compensation initiatives and policy updates. Position has a hybrid work requirement for business continuity as we are a badged facility. This onsite responsibility will be shared amongst the HR team

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Main recruiter for all North American position openings, including intake process, position posting, phone screening, interview coordination, etc.
  • Ensures all positions have a job description on file.
  • Partners with Finance and managers for workforce planning in relation to annual budgeting.
  • Program manages the annual MVR check, Motus driving and employee referral.
  • Prepares offer letters and NDAs, pre-employment (including adverse action), IT ticket and asset ordering, and successfully onboards candidates.
  • Manages full orientation process for any new hire.
  • Super User for Paycom system. Administers various human resource activities and procedures, prepares and updates employment records on HRIS related to hiring, transferring, promoting, termination, document, and policy assignments. Maintains organization charts and other pertinent HR information.
  • Administers annual Gallup Engagement Survey. Prepares reporting and analysis, and works with leadership to finalize a formal action plan.
  • Coordinates on-line training assignments in Paycom system. Develops custom programs with Clinical and Quality Department managers.
  • Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Leads activities committee initiatives and employee recognition efforts.
  • Collaborates with Marketing department on various project such as monthly recognition, HR newsletters, etc.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned including office management, supplies ordering, travel arrangements, event coordination, facilities liaison, backup payroll activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in a Generalist or HRBP capacity.
  • HCM/HRIS experience
  • Independent, initiative driven individual
  • Understands and adheres to confidentiality and HIPPA compliance laws

 

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with LOA and benefits administration
  • Project Management certified
  • Knowledge of California regulations
  • Payroll
  • Employee Relations
  • Proficient in languages speaking of Russian and/or Hebrew
  • Immigration and relocation
