Job Description
Customer Service Representative (Retail) 3 -4 Contract Hybrid: 2 days in office
Pay Range: $25 -30
Must Haves:
***Corporate retail experience; familiarity with SKU numbers

Job Summary/Description:
Answer client questions
Email brands due dates
Ensure clients are entering all information required; follow up on any outstanding info
Until integration of systems, contractor will need to double check what counts client has entered. This will require training.
Enter Dummy and Final SKU numbers into systems
After a SKU has been created, if there are any changes, the contractor should own all updates
Manually export partial and final approved entries across systems
Make sure that all client updates are accurate
Will download and export reports to certain clients
