Human Resources Coordinator Job Summary:
Growing manufacturing company is seeking an HR Administrator. Growing company! Great opportunity to get involved in various aspects of HR. The manager has a wonderful personality and is easy to get along with. Very hard worker. Newly created role due to the continued growth of the company.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Data entry into ADP Workforce Now for new hires, changes, and terminations.
Benefits invoicing.
Assist the HR business partners
I-9’s
maintain human resource documents
Excel referral programming
Help with onboarding for employees
Potentially assist with recruiting
Required:
ADP very strongly preferred
Excel including pivot tables, formulas
Ability and willingness to learn benefits
I’9’s
Preferred:
ADP Workforce Now
Billing for benefits
Excel VLOOKUP
Recruiting
Manufacturing industry
Onboarding new employees
