* For the onsite event support – we will have 80 participants arriving to the Bay Area on September 20 and leaving October 22 for D.C.; during that time period we will have approximately ten events – mix of in-person/hybrid and virtual; as well as arrival and departure days. All team members are responsible for providing day-of event support, and the temp described below will have particular responsibilities related to capturing stories/quotes/etc for social media. Client Job Title: Administrative support
Interview Process: Video possible in person to start 6/1
Hours: Hybrid Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office 9-5 1 hour for lunch (35 hour work week) though I am flexible if a team member prefers to start their day a little earlier or later and work accordingly.
TechWomen’s program dates are mid-September through the end of October and it may be necessary for all team members, including the temporary team member, to come into the office more frequently in the weeks leading up to and throughout the program dates.

Project Responsibilities:
TechWomen is seeking a temp to support with communications, social media and administrative tasks. The selected individual will be responsible for the following:
- Manage the TechWomen inbox (i.e. responding to email queries from external stakeholders as well as participants and volunteers);
- Support the procurement and contracts process by liaising with potential and actual vendors, drafting documents and securing signatures;
- Edit and proof participant and volunteer biographies and profile information for publication, including on www.techwomen.org and on the Community Platform;
- Capture stories and photos for social media under the guidance of TechWomen's Communication and Impact Analyst;
- Prepare and proof materials targeted at TechWomen participants such as pre-departure materials, weekly email updates and powerpoints;
- Support the biannual reporting process under the guidance of TechWomen's Program Manager;
- With the Application Systems Team, update and test TechWomen's application (Slate Technolutions); and
- Support with other administrative tasks, as needed.
