Must Haves:

2+ Experience managing workers comp claims processes, from reporting to investigating to resolution.
Experience in handling workers compensation claims within manufacturing or as claims administrator for an insurance company, that worked with manufacturing companies
Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred:

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Job Summary/Description: A leading food manufacturer is looking for a strong HR Generalist to join the team. This individual will support HR duties including worker’s compensation claim processing and resolution, OSHA and workers compensation compliance and conflict resolution.
