Warehouse Manager
Direct Hire
Fully Onsite

Pay Range: $65,000 – 80,000

Must Haves
:
Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
Experience in managing a team
Forklift certification

Job Summary/Description:
We are a leading e-commerce organization specializing in the direct-to-consumer warehousing and fulfillment. The Warehouse Manager will play a pivotal role in initiating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our new warehouse facility. This includes the strategic development and hands-on management of warehouse operations, as well as assembling and mentoring a high-performing team from the ground up. Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a competent warehouse team, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and continuous skill development.
  • Collaborate with senior operations leadership to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and lead process enhancement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
  • Oversee inventory audits, manage supply chain relationships, and ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
  • Engage in continuous process improvement, leveraging feedback from cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and maintain proficiency in necessary computer functions and software, including Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehousing or inventory control, with a proven track record of supervisory responsibilities.
  • Certified or able to be certified in forklift operation.
  • Demonstrated experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
