$18-$20/hr Contract: 6+ months Onsite: Sturtevant, WI

Experience with employee training programs
Detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Manufacturing industry experience
Job Description: a pharmaceutical manufacturer is looking for a contract Training Specialist to support the Quality Assurance team. This individual will be responsible for:
The design and development of company training programs.
Monitoring and report program effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period and for career development.
Data entry of training records.
