Trade Support Specialist
6-month contract, extension possible
Location: Berwyn, PA (hybrid or remote)

$24-26/hr

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least one year of experience in trade support, investments, accounting or business
Excel and Outlook (proficient)

Preferred:

Financial services industry
Investment securities knowledge

Job Description:

Trade Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

At first it will be basically looking at all failed items (trades) and reaching out to brokers/IMs requesting information to resolve
Tracking status of items, following up on updated comments and work to close items out and continue onto the next failed items.

Good communication skills (email/phone), familiar with securities investments, attention to detail

Some knowledge with investment securities, business or accounting experience, familiarity with Outlook & Excel.
