Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator Contract Remote: local to New England
Must Haves:
2+ years of previous HR/recruitment experience
Experience with an ATS and/or CRM
Preferred:
Healthcare experience
Job Description: A prestigious Boston-based hospital system is seeking a contractor to join its Human Resources team. The role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Providing administrative support to the hospital's recruitment efforts.
Serving as a resource for Staffing Coordinators and Recruiters.
Collaborating on and occasionally leading special projects.
Managing and coordinating recruitment and marketing initiatives.
Planning and leading recruitment-related events.
Serving as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding employment processes, policies, and procedures.
Coordinating the on-boarding process for new hires, including drafting offer letters and scheduling health screenings and orientations.
Opening job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System.
Processing invoices and tracking budget expenditures.
Participating in career fairs and open house events.
