1 year of relevant work experience
Supply chain experience or education, preferably in healthcare
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience with Workday
2 years of experience in networking and active directory in a healthcare setting
Inventory management, logistics, or purchasing/procurement (buyers)
ERP analyst, logistics tech/coordinator, inventory tech/coordinator, or materials management
MMIS, ERP systems
Description: The Supply Chain Generalist is responsible for answering inbound support calls, working with customers to define and document incident scope, and researching and troubleshooting issues to achieve first call resolution or escalate incidents when appropriate. This role also involves participating in a support on-call rotation for off-hour work functions related to incidents, upgrades, patches, and project tasks. The Generalist manages tickets and requests, ensuring efficient and effective resolution. Responsibilities:
Answer inbound support calls and work with customers to define and document incident scope.
Research and troubleshoot issues to achieve first call resolution or escalate incidents when appropriate.
Participate in a support on-call rotation for off-hour work functions related to incidents, upgrades, patches, and project tasks.
