Job Description


Global staffing and consulting firm is looking for a Sr FP&A Analyst to join team.

The FP&A analyst will work with the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to support the following areas:
  • Preparing weekly, periodic, and quarterly reporting and executive presentations that summarize financial results.
  • Supporting budget and forecast process for various business units, collaborating with various partners, including Directors and VPs
  • Decision support for Sales & Recruiting by analyzing personnel performance and return on investment.
  • Quantifying and providing insight on the cost impacts of proposed adjustments to the labor model.
  • Developing and communicating recommendations to Leadership Team to drive expense reductions or decision on investment.
  • Owning forecasting, reporting, and analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions and capture cost savings.
  • Development of Executive Dashboard utilizing PowerBI, Adaptive Insight, Bullhorn and Workday
  • Identify, plan, and execute continuous improvement efforts to streamline the collection, flow, analysis, and reporting of financial and non-financial data.
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required
This individual will be a key member of the overall Finance team and will be asked to support the preparation of materials supporting the aforementioned areas as well as, with the Director, asked to recommend strategies for increasing the financial performance.
This individual will report directly to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and interact regularly with the CFO, VP of Finance, along with other members of the Finance and Leadership team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting or related major
  • Must have at least 3-5 years of financial planning/analysis experience
  • Experience working in (or with) services businesses (staffing / consulting preferred but not a must)
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with advanced skills in Excel and PPT.
