Location: San Diego, CA or Morristown, NJ.

Must Haves:

6+ years of contracting experience (drafting, negotiation, management).
Invoice accounting involving contracts experience
Budget and fee negotiation experience
Biotech, pharma, or big tech industry experience

Job Summary/Description:

A biopharma company with offices in Morristown and San Diego is looking to bring on a Senior Manager of Clinical Contracts and Outsourcing on a long term contract. This person will work independently negotiate and manage a variety of clinical contracts supporting both the company's clinical operations and data management functions, as well as provide support on various contract administrative, and legal matters as needed. The candidate must have at least 6 years of experience in a contracting role, preferably out of a biotech or pharmaceutical company.
