Job Description
Sr Commission Accountant
Contract, 6 months
Hybrid, 3 days (no set schedule)
Must have:
3+ years working with Commissions
Automated Commissions system (they use Varicent)
Excel - pivot tables and lookups
Job Responsibilities:
-Input and manage data in the Varicent commission system to ensure accurate commission payments.
-Take ownership of timely and precise data entry and employee payouts, supporting a team handling payments for 2,400 global payees.
-Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflows.
-Complete necessary training and implement best practices to improve system configuration and payment processes.
-Identify any HR reporting discrepancies and work with the relevant teams to make corrections or adjustments.
-Generate ad-hoc reports and conduct analysis using Excel as needed.
