Job Description

We are looking for a Sourcer who committed to transforming our approach to talent development, candidate experience and customer success. We believe in an in-house consultive and agency approach, leaving no stone unturned while we strengthen our Talent Network and Company Workforce. We welcome outside the box thinkers, creative masterminds and practitioners who balance modern recruitment techniques with time tested headhunting activities.  

  • Lead the passive search for Hiring Managers and with Talent Acquisition Partners to bring top talent from the external labor market into Teradyne. 

  • Own the sourcing strategy and capability on assigned requisitions to build a diverse pipeline for future while providing inclusive and hirable prospects for open positions. 

  • Continually cultivate talent through sourcing on the web, cold calling leads, building talent network, utilizing inhouse ATS and tooling, campaign for candidate referrals, and constantly seeking new and innovative ways to identify and connect talent to Teradyne.  

  • Regularly go to market to both proactively connect with prospects and in real-time passively identify top talent by profile, company and labor pools.  

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies both individually and with the hiring team to build a strong pipeline of outstanding candidates. 

  • Be an ambassador of Talent Intelligence to guide hiring expectations for businesses and hiring leaders 

  • Support the business, recruiters, mentor teammates and exhibit best in class talent acquisition and recruitment practices. 

All About You:

  • 8+ years of talent acquisition experience with 5+ years focuses on sourcing talent 

  • Experience in an agency environment or on an internal team that served equal to agency.  

  • Highly proficient in passive recruitment abilities with a wideset of tools- minimally LinkedIn Recruiter, web Boolean techniques, ATS candidate management and advanced sourcing skills (x-ray, inclusive and diverse search strategies). 

  • Able to provide successful examples of sourcing in technical functions including: R&D, Engineering, Software, IT and similar niche functions. 

  • Experience in Electronic or Technology industries is needed to be successful, and Semiconductor is preferred. 

  • Ensure consistent application of Talent Acquisition processes, policies and compliant practice/maintenance of requisitions and candidate records. 

  • Preferred skills in program and process execution 

  • Preference for someone who has an eye towards continuous improvement.
