A healthcare organization seeks a Talent Sourcer for a 3-4+ month contract assignment. Must Haves:

Proactive sourcing experience
High volume recruitment/sourcing experience

Preferred:

Healthcare recruiting/sourcing experience

Job Summary/Description:

Work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand open reqs
Proactively source for high volume healthcare roles through social media, job boards, etc.
Review resumes and make recommendations for interviews and hiring
Manage and track recruitment efforts in ATS
Collaborate with HR Coordinator to handle onboarding and orientations for new hires as needed
