Job Title: Social Worker (LMSW) Contract to hire
Location: Bronx
Must Haves:
NY State LMSW
Master’s degree in Social work or Mental Health Counseling
2 years of experience
Preferred:
Bilingual (Spanish)
Job Summary/Description:
A nonprofit located in the Bronx, NY is looking to add a Social Worker to their team on a temp to hire basis. This social worker will provide supportive services for their clients. Responsibilities include completing mental health and psychosocial assessments, collaborating in the development and implementation of service plan(s), and providing culturally competent and empathetic direct services that support the client’s recovery, vocational, interpersonal goals. This person must have a masters degree in social work or mental health counseling and be NY state certified LMSW.
