Senior Analyst, Procurement and Vendor Management

Must Have:
Proficient PC skills, including MS Office products, procurement, and purchase-to-pay tools·
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of Contracts or vendor management experience
Strong experience with contract management tools
Key Responsibilities
· Identifying opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, improvements, and value
· Recommending and implementing policy and process changes as appropriate
· Gathering business unit requirements, completing and distributing RFP and RFI requests, evaluating third-party responses, and facilitating service discussions and selections
· Generating agreements for goods and service purchases (i.e., NDAs, MSAs, SLSAs, consulting, large-scale IT, hospitality agreements)
· Verifying supplier accountability (i.e., performance metrics, SLAs, other due diligence)
· Aiding internal vendor relationship owners with negotiations for contract cost, scope, and strategic sourcing, including risk remediation language
· Ensuring contractual compliance with applicable regulations and laws (i.e., FINRA, SEC, OCC)
· Fostering collaborative working relationships with internal and external clients
· Resolving supplier contract disputes and issues with internal relationship owners
· Assisting with vendor management training to educate stakeholders
Requirements
· Ability to meet critical deadlines and produce quality work through strategic sourcing
· Strong verbal and written communications skills
· Solid project management and organizational skills (i.e., attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects)
· Positive and energetic team player with strong cross-functional team experience
· Proficient PC skills, including MS Office products, procurement, and purchase-to-pay tools
Additional Skills and Knowledge
· Bachelor’s degree required, JD or MBA preferred
· 3+ years of procurement or vendor management experience
· Strong experience with contract and procurement lifecycle management tools
