Senior Accountant
The Senior Accountant, under the direction of the Accounting Manager and Director of Finance, will handle day-today Accounting functions for the corporate office and subsidiaries. This is a full-time, onsite position beginning immediately.
Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Participate in and back up all AP, inventory and tax processes, including month-end and year-end closing
• Manage fixed asset, lease agreement, vehicle and credit card programs
• Reconcile billable, prepaid, accrued purchase and inventory accounts
• Identify, research, and resolve ERP system issues and discrepancies
• Provide support to and collaborate with corporate and franchise administrative and operations teams to ensure accurate and complete ERP system processing
• Execute special projects for management including ERP data cleanse and migration
• Participate in annual and interim audits
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience required, manufacturing experience preferred
• Working knowledge of accrual accounting and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
