Job Description

A manufacturing company in Bolton, MA seeks a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.

Senior Accountant
Direct hire
Onsite in Bolton, MA

Vaccination Requirements: none

Must Haves:

4-5+ years accounting experience
Manufacturing
Quickbooks and/or Sage Intacct experience
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups
Financial reporting experience

Preferred:

Cost accounting experience
FP&A accounting experience
Consolidation experience

Job Summary/Description:

Assist with month end close process
Prepare monthly international consolidations and financial reports
Maintain and reconcile general ledger
Prepare financial reporting and analyses
Prepare monthly sales commission accrual
Prepare revenue and cashflow projections and forecasting expenditure
Assist with preparing and monitoring budgets
Assist with annual audit preparations
Prepare and submit state tax returns utilizing Avalara
Other accounting responsibilities as needed
