Public accounting experience
• Only putting “accounting manager” to try and grab someone who has a wide variety of experience in the GL side/Stock Administration and SEC Reporting, the Temporary Position is to fill in for a Senior Accountant
• Can work independently, does not need hand holding and can problem solve/work through issues before bringing them to us, we are currently understaffed and need an adept person in this role
• Responsibilities can include but not limited to:
i. GL Close preparation: stock compensation expense/leases/investments/accruals
ii. Assisting with equity management
1. experience with fidelity would be a +
a. loading new grants, reviewing and approving vesting’s/Form 4’s/ any other equity reporting in our Stock administration system (Fidelity)
b. answering Employee stock plan questions
iii. Stock compensation expense reconciliation – with our current equity management system compared to one we transferred from
iv. SEC reporting: 10q’s/10K’s preparer, workpaper preparation
v. Other areas we may ask for help from this person would be other GL close areas, journal entry prep, cost center analysis, ad hoc reports etc.
