Job Description

Sales Support Representative
9-month contract
Location: Wauwatosa, WI

Pay Range: $30-35/hr
Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k

Must Haves:

HS diploma
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales reporting, analysis, or CRM (customer relationship management)
ERP system exposure
Excel (proficient)

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree
SAP experience

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Handles customer accounts including daily order entry and supporting field sales team.
Performs sales analytics as needed to support sales initiatives and guide management decisions.
Serves as system administrator for CRM software performing account maintenance, maximizing software utilization, training users and generating reports.
Utilizes our ERPs for Quality Assurance testing, mass data maintenance and order entry.
Maintains and updates the dealer portal.
Oversees sales technology and makes recommendations for continuous improvement
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

Well-developed organizational and analytical skills.
Solid background using office productivity software
Strong ability to manage multiple tasks to meet established deadlines.
Client relationship management experience
Well-developed communication skills to work with a variety of diverse people
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Bachelor's degree in Business or related education and experience required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales reporting, analysis, or CRM management
