Must Haves:

2-5 years experience with general recruiting in a high-volume environment
Bachelor’s degree

Preferred:

Agency Recruiting Experience
Technology experience
Solar construction industry experience

Job Summary/Description:
A leading solar technology company is looking for a recruiter to join the team on a contract-to-hire basis. This candidate will be responsible for requisition creation, sourcing and candidate screening. Someone who has experience from a high-volume environment and is comfortable with managing the recruiting process from job description creation through candidate hire should apply!

Job Responsibilities:

Work with managers to build out job descriptions and determined what they need as well as guide them on what the market has
Create and post job reqs
Source candidates- including passive candidates
Initial phone screens (20-40 a week)
Setting up interview with hiring managers
Checking in and working with managers to keep them on track
Generate offer letters and handle initial onboarding
