Job Description

A healthcare tech company in Boston, MA seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team for a 4+ month contract assignment.

Onsite in Boston, MA

Vaccination Requirements: none

Must Haves:

1-3 years of recruiting/recruiting coordination experience

Preferred:

Sourcing experience

Job Summary/Description:

Handle phone calls with physicians and other clinicians on a daily basis
Create job postings and maintains job boards
Respond to candidates in a timely manner
Assist with sourcing candidates for Recruiting team through various job boards
Act as the clinicians' first point of contact via phone or email in regards to questions or requests
Utilize Excel trackers allowing the team to capture information and clinician feedback
Support the Provider Recruiting team responses in the case queue
