Job Description
Contract Recruiter with manufacturing and/or distribution experience:
-10 to 20 permanent hires per month (volume can vary)
-Manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, quality techs, machinists, electricians, CNC operators, millwrights, team leaders & managers.
-Multiple openings of the same jobs
-Different shifts (1st, 2nd & 3rd)
-Strong communication skills.
-Can partner with hiring managers.
-Can work effectively with our staffing agency providers
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred and 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing and/or distribution setting.
· Experience sourcing qualified candidates
· Able to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
· Effective time management skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to carry heavy requisition loads.
· Strong communication skills.
· Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately.
· Strong computer skills and experience with HR/TA systems.
· Experience working with staffing agencies / vendors
