Recruiter: Light Industrial

Must Haves:
- HS diploma
- 3+ years of Full cycle recruiting experience

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree


Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to capture and understand business, technical and cultural requirements for successful talent acquisition and retention.
  • Proactively participate in meetings with assigned departments to understand business objectives and potential impact to talent acquisition.
  • Provide counsel to hiring managers of changing market conditions.
  • Proactively manage candidate and hiring manager communication throughout the interviewing process. Have weekly meetings with hiring managers & HRBP until req is closed.
  • Collaborate with the compensation team and HRBP to ensure internal and external market equity
  • Assist in developing a sourcing strategy, including sourcing channels, and drive proactive headhunting  for assigned positions
  • Pro-actively leverage social media channels & professional networking vehicles for robust diverse sourcing  results
  • Productively build a strong network of high-potential candidates through research and relationships with internal and external partners
  • Identify trends and patterns to improve delivery of talent acquisition activities; keep up to date with advancements in assessment, technology and innovation within Talent Acquisition and ensure contribution to overall TA strategy, processes and policies
