Recruiting Coordinator 6- Month Contract Remote
Must Haves:
5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role with an emphasis on Technology (Software Engineering, AI/ML, Mobile, IT, Tech Ops).
ATS experience required - Greenhouse
Preferred:
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Experience recruiting for Product Management, or Data Science roles is a plus.
Job Summary/Description:
Full life cycle Recruiting for our Engineering organization from Sourcing to Onboarding.
Collaborate closely with our Engineering Hiring leaders to understand the scope of their orgs, technical role requirements, and how each role’s fits within the organization.
Understand stakeholder objectives, identify trends, and solve these trends proactively. Manage ambiguity and handle multiple tasks in parallel.
Partner with hiring managers to build excellent relationships, consulting them on best techniques for attracting, evaluating, and closing candidates.
In partnership with Hiring Leaders, you will deliver World-Class positive Candidate Experience.
Drive offer processes for candidates, including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
Utilize data analytics to continually improve processes and drive operational efficiencies; share data and insights on recruiting progress with key stakeholders and recruiting team.
Utilizing sourcing tools. (i.e internet research, boolean search strings, prompting, LinkedIn), and cold outreach, to build candidate pipelines and conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
