Technical recruiting experience for engineers.
Proficiency in full cycle recruiting, including scheduling.
3+ years of recruiting experience
Previous use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
Preferred:
Experience in Semiconductor or Aerospace Industry recruiting.
Responsibilities:
Execute strategic workforce hiring plans by managing requisitions from start to finish.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners throughout the recruitment process.
Assess applicant qualifications and match them with job requirements.
Identify recruiting needs by aligning with organizational plans and objectives.
Build networks to source passive candidates and advise on optimal sourcing channels.
Present diverse interview slates and evaluate candidate profiles.
Implement sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines and minimize external costs.
Manage candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction.
Utilize technology for applicant tracking, candidate management, and reporting.
Qualifications/Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or HR preferred; advanced degree or relevant certification desirable.
3-5 years of recruiting experience.
Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking.
Results-oriented with a proactive, customer-centric approach. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools.
