Job Description
A rapidly growing startup with plans to scale head count up in 2025 is seeking a Contract Recruiter. The company fosters a collaborative, intellectually stimulating, and fun work culture, with a data-driven environment, and a team that values transparency and innovation.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring experience from startup environments and high-growth companies, specializing in recruitment for mid-career and senior-level roles across various departments. This role is fast-paced and will require flexibility in response to shifting priorities, as the company experiences significant growth. .
Responsibilities:
Work closely with hiring managers to fill a variety of positions, particularly in Product and Marketing.
Recruit for a range of positions, including mid-career, senior managers, directors, and some junior-level roles.
Assist with the recruitment process for U.S.-based roles, with an emphasis on positions in Cambridge, MA.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting expertise to drive decision-making.
Maintain proficiency in ATS for tracking candidates, managing pipelines, and generating recruiting reports.
Participate in hiring for roles in various departments.
Qualifications:
Previous experience recruiting in startup or high-growth environments, ideally with 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, including mid-career and senior-level positions, simultaneously.
Demonstrated expertise in recruitment for diverse positions, including business-critical roles.
Strong ability to work with hiring managers who may shift priorities quickly.
Strong communication skills with the ability to sell the company’s vision and culture to candidates.
A personality that fits a fun, energetic, and dynamic team culture, with a passion for recruiting.
Self-driven, data-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
