A healthcare organization seeks a High Volume Recruiter for a 3-4+ month contract assignment. Must Haves:

High volume recruiting experience
Onboarding experience including I9s and new hire paperwork

Preferred:

Healthcare recruiting experience

Job Summary/Description:

Work with hiring managers to understand open reqs
Proactively source for qualified candidates
Screen resumes, schedule and conduct interviews
Act as point of contact for candidates throughout recruitment process
Partner with managers to make hiring recommendations
Track candidates status accurately in ATS
Assist with onboarding including I9s and new hire paperwork, background check coordination, reference checks, orientation, etc.
