A healthcare organization in Boston, MA seeks a Patient Services Rep for a 3+ month contract assignment.
Patient Services Representative
Onsite in Boston, MA
Vaccination Requirements: must be vaccinated against covid
Must Haves:
1-3 years of related experience including call center
Job Summary/Description:
1-3 years of exp required.
Call Center experience required.
High School diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
Temp to perm potential which would offer a hybrid schedule if converted to perm.
