Seeking individual with exceptional communication and customer service skills, professional appearance, and courteous demeanor.  Motivated team player ready to assist wherever needed.  Provides support to the Operations-Facilities department, administrative staff, and site personnel.  Reports to the Director of EH&S/Site Services.

Main Duties:
  • Reception desk duties:  manage phone calls, employee and visitor check-in, welcome job candidates, collaborators, and vendors.
  • Provide cross-departmental support including issuing and securing access badges.   
  • Manage and assign work tickets to appropriate Operations-Facilities group within ServiceNow platform. 
  • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, receiving deliveries, and other front desk coordination to support employees.  Manage daily mail distribution (internal and outgoing).
  • Coordinate with HR and Administrative team members to support employee engagement activities, site events including Learning Lab activities, Town Halls, and catering requirements.
  • Restock copiers, kitchen & coffee bar supplies as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
