Must Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years’ experience in office management 
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience
  • Strong technology and MS Office skills
Preferred
  • Experience with Blackbaud

Job Summary/Description: 
 A large non-profit located in Midtown Manhattan is looking to add an Office Manager to their team on a temp to hire basis. This Office Manager will supervise the Office Services team of two. This person will be responsible for managing the office team in the corporate office as well as providing support to satellite offices, overseeing the expense and supply management for the office services team, maintaining the office including ensuring timely office maintenance and repairs and maintain office security / fire safety. This person will also work with the IT team on technology management including equipment set-ups, distribution, returns, and tracking.
