Need mailroom experience.  Please ask if they are able to lift the boxes.

Industry- Large commercial bank with many tech & life science customers
Hours- 40 hours per week (8am-5pm)
Location- 100% onsite at 53 State Street Boston, MA
Background check- yes
Vaccinated- not required

Job Description: The Mailroom Clerk supports the incoming/outgoing and sorting of bank mail. This mail is time sensitive bank mail (checks to/from clients, contracts, urgent notices, etc.) Experience to include: • Admin or office support. • Mail /UPS/FedEx experience. • Ability to multitask. • Detail oriented. • Team player Responsibilities: • Customer service oriented • Possess strong organizational skills and can pay close attention to detail • Demonstrate basic computer skills for purposes of data entry • Able to multitask and perform many different duties – such as delivering mail, collecting mail and answering questions – all at the same time • Good communications skills to deal with the mailroom customers – SVB employees. • Familiar with UPS and FedEx shipping processes • Able to lift 30-50 lb. boxes
