Job Title: Key Account Manager
Direct Hire - $90,000-$110,000
Hybrid – Cicero IL Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher education.
5+ years of experience in the CPG industry.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and CRM.
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns.
Pluses:
Experience in the Distributor Business.
Job Description:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among key strategic customers and business partners while also developing strategies to increase revenue. Job Responsibilities:
Identify and assess new partnership opportunities.
Maintain strong customer relationships through meetings and calls.
Expand the portfolio of existing and new items.
Lead and motivate broker resources to achieve goals.
Assist with trade budget and deductions.
Proactively resolve potential issues.
Collaborate with Marketing on promotional materials and events.
Use data and analysis to enhance network growth.
Regularly review sales numbers to evaluate sales programs.
Provide timely and accurate forecasting.
Control job-related expenses.
Communicate consistently with the sales team.
Manage the team.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
