Junior Buyer - Fragrance Contract Hybrid – 2 days in office
Pay Range: $22.75
Must Haves:
***Corporate retail experience
Familiarity with corporate retail

Summary/Description:
As an Assistant Buyer, you will report into the Buyer and:
Manage brand assortments for up to 400 stores, including visual merchandising and timelines
Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
Assist in creation and execution of brand/ product strategies and product pipeline
Prepare reports and assist in analyzing the business
Partner with cross functional partners to execute on robust 360* launch strategies
Stay on top of trends, new products and brands
Experience:
2-3 years retail buying experience at a major retailer
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to large groups
Excellent technical skills – MS Office (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint); merchant systems
Passion for retail, product, and trends
A strong numbers-aptitude and analytical skills with a drive for results
A demonstrated ability to negotiate and exert influence
An ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast pace, complex environment
A positive and collaborative attitude
