HR Business Partner

We are looking for an HR Business Partner who can effectively engage with employees at all levels while remaining adaptable, proactive, organized, and professional. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with the HRBP Team to serve as an internal consultant for people managers, offering support in various HR functions. This includes overseeing talent management, performance reviews, organizational planning and development, retention, training, and employee relations. Additionally, the HR Business Partner will lead HRBP team projects and initiatives, ensuring the successful execution of HR-related tasks and assignments both independently and in collaboration with teams. A key requirement for this role is the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

 Responsibilities:

Employee Relations
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with functional leaders.
  • Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention.
  • Lead and advocate for cultural change initiatives to support a high-performing, growing organization, focusing on processes, systems, and people.
  • Provide daily employee relations support and performance management in a coaching and advisory role, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Address complex employee relations matters; collaborate with relevant stakeholders to conduct thorough, objective investigations.
  • Offer guidance on HR policies and procedures, providing input on policy development and interpretation.
  • Support managers in creating strategies to foster talent development and address performance challenges.

Talent Management & Development
  • Advise on workforce planning, functional restructures, and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs within functional areas and collaborate with teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and monitoring of compliance-related training programs, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Support the organization’s performance review cycle, including talent assessments and performance evaluations.
  • Work closely with senior HR leaders to guide functional teams in planning and people development, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and diversity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR and functional leadership to develop a strong talent pipeline that supports organizational growth and diversity goals.

Project Management & Additional Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage HRBP projects, tracking progress, timelines, and actions, and providing regular updates to the Senior Director of People Operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, seeking regular feedback to improve HR partnership processes and services.
  • Propose and implement process improvements that enhance the team's operations and service delivery.
  • Work with HR teams to provide ongoing support and follow-up on key HR activities, including compensation reviews, terminations, leave of absence management, and other HR-related tasks.
