Job Description

Our client, a multi-service community health program based in Brooklyn is looking to hire a Senior Housing Specialist on a contract to hire basis. This individual will support with housing placement for the most vulnerable consumers. The Housing Specialist will engage with and register participants in all available resources for Medicaid and other benefit programs. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in housing placement.

Must Haves:
*Bachelor’s degree in human services or related
*3+ years of experience in proving housing placement services to the homeless population

Pay Rate: $25 - $27/hr
