HR Program Manager

Must Haves:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years project and/or program management experience
- Strong writing skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS applications and analytics
- Experience running a broad range of programs and dealing with multiple constituents
- Strong computer applications experience

As a temporary member of the Human Resources Department and reporting to the Associate Director of HR Programs and Communications, the Program Manager is responsible for a variety of projects and initiatives within the Programming Team. This includes:
  • Manage high-visibility programs (planning, communication, execution) and serve as primary contact for these programs
  • Manage large datasets and produce analyses/reports for HR programs
  • Ad hoc and special project work.

Responsible for managing high-visibility programs such as the Dean’s Distinction program, Inside Leadership, and potentially participation in the Heroes program. This includes communications, partnering with HR Consultants and senior leaders to disperse knowledge, data analysis, award eligibility checks, preparing materials for review committee, and contributing to celebratory letters and event planning.

The Program Team manages and produces upwards of 15 programs/initiatives/events and 60 sessions each year including career development programs (Gender Equity training, Mentoring, CWD Leadership courses), recognition opportunities (Dean’s Distinction, Heroes, and Giving Thanks), manager training (Managing Effectively), Diversity Dialogues, Getting Started, senior leader events such as Inside Leadership, performance management, and exit interviews.
