Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain solutions for HR processes that will increase productivity and 
• Develop improvement strategies for recruiting processes and systems
• Manage HR information storage and accessibility in Office 365, including Teams, 
OneDrive and SharePoint for HR staff, management and employees
• Assist HR Management with key functions including employee relations, compensation, 
compliance and training and development.

• Minimum five years of related HR experience
• Strong technical ability with HR software platforms 
• Proficiency with Office 365 including Teams, SharePoint, Word and Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, clients and vendors 
• Experience identifying and implementing HR process improvements
• Experience sourcing and onboarding candidates, including experience with LinkedIn 
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment law
