Job Description
A non profit organization in Newton, MA seeks a Human Resources (HR) Manager for a 6+ month contract assignment with the potential to convert to a permanent employee.
Must Haves:
Employee relations experience including coaching and investigations
Full cycle recruiting experience
Preferred:
ADP experience
Non profit and/or healthcare industry experience
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as first line of support for Employee Relations issues
Conduct investigations as needed to resolve complaints
Work with managers to identify ER issues and resolutions
Manage open reqs through ADP
Screen resumes and candidates for exempt positions
Perform other duties, as assigned.
