Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
3+ years experience in an HR role
Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office
Preferred:
SHRM-CP or PHR certification
Job Summary/Description: a family-owned pharmaceutical company is looking for a contract HR Generalist to support growth for the organization, focusing on recruitment and onboarding. Responsibilities will include:
Partner closes with HRBP and Recruiters to ensure compliance of all open requisitions
Support with pre-employment checks and the onboarding process for all new hires
Support with internal promotions and transfers of employees
Partner with benefits manager to ensure employees are enrolled in benefits and new hires have information.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Conduct audits of HR activities to ensure compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
Maintain HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure data integrity.
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports as needed
