Job Description

An electronic manufacturing company in Billerica, MA seeks a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join their growing team.

HR Generalist
Direct Hire
3-4 days onsite in Billerica, MA

Vaccination Requirements: none

Must Haves:

5+ years of HR experience including payroll processing, recruitment, benefits, HR compliance, etc.
Comfortable as sole HR employee handling day to day tactical HR responsibilities
Strong knowledge of North American HR laws and Compliance

Preferred:

Strategic HR experience including developing programs and working with leadership teams

Job Summary/Description:

Process payroll for North America employees and making updates within the system as needed.
Handle regulatory processes, including OSHA Reporting, workers compensation, LOAs, Disability claims, unemployment claims, FMLA requests & employment verifications.
Handle benefits enrollments and answer benefits questions as needed
Work with 3rd party service provider to provide coaching for management and employees.
Work with leadership team to develop, update, and implement HR policies and processes.
Work with hiring managers to handle recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
Other HR assignments and duties as assigned.
