Hybrid: Cypress Creek Rd. Fort Lauderdale, Florida FL 33309

Must Haves:

Bachelor's degree
8+ years HR Leadership experience
Experience supporting technology and/or digital organizations.
Experience managing organizational transformations.

Preferred:

Master's degree strongly preferred.

Job Description: the HR Director will support HR processes for this tech division of the organization. They will help with organizational transformation, policy improvement, procedure creation and talent development.
